Recipe for Christmas Cookies from Mischievous Elves - free to personalise and print!
Welcome to the magical workshop of the Mischievous Elves, where the most delightful Christmas biscuits are born! These golden, fragrant little cookies are so delicious that the elves themselves can never resist tasting them before they cool down. Crispy on the edges and melting in the centre, they can be flavoured with vanilla, "special Christmas" cinnamon, or even enhanced with a zest of orange or lemon for an enchanted touch.
Cut them into stars, trees, hearts, elves… or any other shape that makes you dream! Each biscuit becomes a true treasure to nibble on. Now it’s your turn: mix the dough, roll it out, cut your shapes, and place them on the tray. The oven takes care of turning everything into golden magic! To make your biscuits even more enchanting, add colourful sweets, sparkling pearls, or glittery sprinkles. Icing with icing sugar or melted chocolate: only once the biscuits are completely cool. The Mischievous Elves love decorated biscuits before snack time! But beware: if a cheeky little elf passes by, some biscuits might mysteriously disappear!
This recipe is completely free and customisable: write the name of your elf or elves, or add your name, or even that of Mrs. Christmas if you’d like! Before printing, personalise it to your liking and transform it into a delicious keepsake to display, gift, or slip into a Christmas display.
Elf tips:
- Sticky dough? Sprinkle a bit of flour on your hands or the rolling pin, or let the dough chill in the fridge for 5 minutes… and the magic happens!
- Biscuits safe? They’ll keep for up to 7 days in a tightly sealed box… but beware of the greedy elves lurking at night!
